The Learning & Development Team, as part of the HR Service, facilitates and co-ordinates learning and development opportunities to meet the needs of individuals, teams and service areas. The programme is developed and delivered by qualified and skilled internal Training Officers and facilitators, and external facilitators for specialised training.
