Employee Handbook

The information in this area is intended to answer the questions you most frequently have about your employment with the Council. It is not, however, intended to be exhaustive. The employee handbook area should be read alongside your contract of employment. Unless otherwise stated the content within this area is non-contractual and may be subject to change as the Council revises its policies.

The Council reserves the right to amend this handbook and any of its policies and procedures from time to time, and where appropriate, in consultation with Trade Unions.

If you have a problem or query related to your employment, which is not answered on CERi-net, you should talk to your Line Manager or a member of the Human Resources team.
