The Council has adopted a Dignity at Work policy to replace the previous Bullying & Harassment policy. The policy outlines the Council’s commitment to promoting an environment where employees can work without fear of being intimidated, harassed or bullied.
The policy introduces the role of Conflict Resolution Officer to support employees who feel they are being harassed. We are looking to recruit three volunteers, across the Council, to undertake these roles.
