CONFLICT RESOLUTION OFFICERS
The purpose of the role is to:
- provide support for employees who feel they are being harassed.
- help employees identify options available to stop harassment under the policy
- be a source of information
- offer the opportunity for confidential and informal discussion
- act as a “sounding board”
- record harassment complaints
- positively promote the policy
