CONFLICT RESOLUTION OFFICERS

The purpose of the role is to:

  • provide support for employees who feel they are being harassed.
  • help employees identify options available to stop harassment under the policy
  • be a source of information
  • offer the opportunity for confidential and informal discussion
  • act as a “sounding board”
  • record harassment complaints
  • positively promote the policy
