Declaration of matters that may affect your employment

We expect that you act with the utmost honesty at all times. If you are under investigation, charged, summonsed, convicted or receive a verbal or written caution in relation to any criminal proceedings you must report this to your manager immediately. Failure to do so will lead to formal action and may in itself amount to gross misconduct under the disciplinary procedure.
