Learning and Development needs

Learning and development needs can include work experience, shadowing colleagues, team work and group activity and self-development as well as formal training activities. These needs should be relevant to your current position. You can suggest training and development to your manager, but they have the final approval.
You can find L&D events on Ceri Self Service, select Learning & Development, and click “Search Courses”. You can refine your search by either name, date or availability. If a course is unavailable, you can add yourself onto the waiting list, and you’ll be notified when the next course becomes available.
Your appraisal can be viewed by yourself, your line manager, and their line manager.
