Time off in lieu of pay
Employees required to work on a public or extra statutory holiday or outside of the Flexi-scheme daily parameter, i.e 7.30 a.m. to 7.00 pm, shall, at a later date, as arranged with their manager, be allowed time off with pay equivalent to the number of hours actually worked.
Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) will be based on plain time only, irrespective of the day worked. TOIL must be taken within 13 weeks and prior approval must be obtained.
