EE Perk

As an Employee of Ceredigion County Council, you can have access to discounted mobile phone contracts with EE.

When can I use the EE perk discount?

EE Perk discount is available on the following plans:

  • 12 month SIM plans
  • 12 month Mobile Broadband Plans
  • 24 month handset plan with no discount already applied
  • 24 month Mobile broadband or tablet plans with no discount already applied

EE Perk discount is NOT available on the following plans:

  • All Annual upgrade plans (including ongoing plans)
  • 30 day SIM plans
  • All Apple Watch Series 3 Plans
  • Any Plan that has a discount already applied e.g. 10% multiplan saving, Early Upgrade discount, Pre to Post, Friends & Family Discount.

How can I access the discount?

  1. You need to register on the EE perk website, by clicking on the ‘Perk Portal link. This will take you to the registration page.
  2. You must enter your work email address to register, along with all your personal details. If you do not have a work email address, you can use your ID card
  3. Once you’ve entered your details, a validation e-mail will be sent to your email address (personal email if you uploaded your ID card)
  4. Once the email is received, you need to click on the link which will take you straight to the ‘Perk log in’ screen.
  5. Click ‘log in here’
  6. Enter the details you registered with.
  7. Once you’ve logged in, you can:
    • Access up to 5 unique codes
    • Check if codes have been redeemed
    • Send on codes to family and friends

How do I order with the discount code?

Online

Once you have the code, you can return to ee.co.uk/perk, log in to MyEE as an existing EE customer or go straight to ee.co.uk/shop to search for a plan. Once a plan has been selected, click through to online basket. You’ll need to enter the code upon checking out where it asks ‘Got a voucher code?’ Once the discount code is entered, the monthly price of the plan will change to reflect the discount. once the checkout process is complete, you will receive an email detailing the selected product and discount received.

In Store

Once you’ve registered on EE Perks and got your code, you can go instore and provide the code to an advisor and select a device and price plan. The customer advisor registers the code and processes the sale for you. You’ll receive a welcome wallet which will detail the billing and when the discount will be added. You’ll received a bill with the discount added on the 2nd bill.
