We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and empowering individual who has the personal qualities, experiences and skills necessary to design and deliver a range of opportunities for young people in Ceredigion.
As a professional Youth Worker, you will be responsible for designing, developing and coordinating a range of innovative Youth Work approaches for young people in the County.
The post holder will have the opportunity to work independently and alongside others to develop and deliver targeted Youth Work interventions to support the needs of Ceredigion’s young people, in order to promote their personal, social and emotional wellbeing.
This role is established within one of Ceredigion’s Secondary Schools.
