We are currently recruiting Enablement Assistants on a permanent contract to join our expanding Enablement Service. We are looking for staff to work up to 35 hours a week and will consider full time (35 hours 4 days on 4 days off rolling rota) or part time hours that will fit in with your needs and those of our service.
The Service provides support for people who are experiencing a change in their ability to look after themselves following an accident or due to illness. The service offers a comprehensive range of personal and practical enablement care services for adults within Ceredigion, to enable them to continue living in the community, in accordance with their own lifestyle, and with independence, dignity, safety and respect. The key objective is to enhance the quality of life and relieve the stresses experienced by those who have reduced independence in their own home as a result of a disability, illness or age and offering an enabling service to maximise independence.
