We are recruiting for a permanent Team Manager - Centre for Independent Living (CILC) Logistics and Operations for our Targeted and Short Term Services. You will be joining a proactive and committed team providing effective, high quality, person centred support services to individuals and families. This role offers the opportunity to make a huge contribution to driving sustainable improvement to the outcomes and wellbeing of the people of Ceredigion, through the provision of an effective, ambitious and resourceful Centre for Independent Living.

In addition to the above, we require an individual with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language. A successful applicant without the required Welsh language skill will be fully supported to reach the desired standard within two years of appointment.
