We have opportunities in Ceredigion for a qualified social worker, to work as Senior Practitioners in the Extended Support Team, providing care and support for children and adults with learning disability, autism and other disabilities.
The Authority is committed to Signs of Safety approach and is in the process of transformation to a through-age model which offers greater flexibility to develop plans & services to meet needs & has resulted in some exciting opportunities for collaborative working between departments within the authority as well as with our partner agencies.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in dealing/working with people with ASD and have knowledge of the Code of practice on the delivery of autism service.
We are seeking Individuals with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language, A successful applicant without the required welsh language skills will be fully supported to reach the desired standard within 2 years of appointment.
