We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and empowering individual who has excellent communication and organisation skills, and can work creatively and proactively on their own initiative to provide an excellent service and support staff within the team as appropriate.
The post holder will assist and contribute to support the delivery of a range of opportunities for children and young people to engage in, that aims to enhance personal, social and emotional development. This will require a knowledgeable individual who is confident to support staff and projects to ensure that there is a consistent high standard of support to children, young people and their families across the county. Applicants should be passionate about young people’s rights, and confident in supporting interventions, projects and activities.
