Camu ‘Mlaen Day Services are currently recruiting for a permanent Support Worker post for 12 hours per week to work within the Camu ‘Mlaen Day Services team.
The post includes supporting young individuals with a person centered approach, co-ordinating and planning activities, co-working with colleagues within the Camu ‘Mlaen project and other agencies.
Camu ‘Mlaen is a provision for young people with severe and complex needs in Ceredigion. This project is a collaborative project that has been developed across School Services, Porth Ceredigion, Porth Cynnal, Porth Gofal, Coleg Ceredigion and Carers Wales.
Camu ‘Mlaen are currently supporting young individuals from across the county and will be welcoming more young individuals this year. The focus of the project will be on maintaining person centered provision locally for young individuals within their community.
