Please note the advertised salary has a pay award pending.We are looking to recruit a Carers and Community Development Co-ordinator to join our Carers and Community Support Team on a permanent full-time basis.
The purpose of the role is to coordinate, develop, promote, and implement a localised, non-statutory service provision model that enables citizens to enjoy more independent lives in their communities.
The Post holder will do this through coordination and providing line management to members of the team with a focus on two key areas: the development of community based.

In addition to the above, we require an individual with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language. A successful applicant without the required Welsh language skill will be fully supported to reach the desired standard within two years of appointment.
