Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to learn on the job and kick start a career in ICT?
We are looking for an Apprentice to join our busy ICT team mainly based at Canolfan Rheidol. You would be working alongside experienced colleagues providing a first line of IT support to Council employees using our in house ticketing system.
This is a developing role and as such the responsibilities will grow with you. You will receive support from experienced colleagues and develop your skills to effectively:
The Apprenticeship
Your apprenticeship will last for 18 months and on completion of the programme you will achieve a Level 3 Diploma in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms. Training will be delivered through a combination of offsite workshops (this may involve occasional travel), online learning and training in the workplace.
