As part of the continued development of the Corporate Service Support structure an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Support Officer to be recruited into the structure.
The ideal candidate would have experience of working within an administrative setting, with a strong background in minute taking.
The role although based within the Corporate Service Support Team will primarily be providing support to the Through Age Safeguarding Service, with one of the primary responsibilities focusing in confidential minute taking to support functions such as Adult Protection, Child Protection, Fostering Panel, HR Disciplinary Meetings, and other complex multi agency meetings. Experience of working within a Social Service setting would be beneficial to the successful candidate, however is not mandatory.
Due to the way the new service has been set up this would be a great opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of services throughout the Council, so if you like a varied and fast moving working day then this could be the opportunity for you.
