We are currently recruiting a 21 Care and Support Worker - Level 2 to join Yr Hafod Residential Care Home, Cardigan on a permanent basis. Previous experience of working in a care home is not essential as full training will be given. As long as you have kindness, patience, respect and resilience – the rest we can teach you!

This role includes a regular rota of night shifts; between the hours of 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. The successful candidate will receive time and quarter if the regular night shift is of at least 5 hours duration.
This role includes weekend working as part of a normal working week or rota. The successful candidate will be entitled to the following pay:
