We have opportunities in Ceredigion for qualified social workers to work as Senior Practitioners in the Planned Care Service (Children’s Specialism). You will help lead a team that will work with partners to help support families to safely care for their children whenever possible and ensure good outcomes in care planning and with care experienced children.
The Authority is committed to Signs of Safety approach and is in the process of transformation to a through-age model which offers greater flexibility to develop plans and services to meet needs and has resulted in some exciting opportunities for collaborative working between departments within the authority as well as with our partner agencies.
We are seeking Individuals with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language, A successful applicant without the required welsh language skills will be fully supported to reach the desired standard within two years of appointment.
