We are looking to recruit a number of relief cleaners to undertake the various cleaning responsibilities within the Council’s premises across Ceredigion to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
The cleaning service provides an essential service throughout the County of Ceredigion. The purpose of the role is to undertake cleaning tasks, providing a high standard of service ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
We have vacancies countywide and covering the communities of; Aberystwyth, Aberaeron, Cardigan, Lampeter and Tregaron not excluding other villages within these areas. Various hours available, working hours and days to be confirmed.
Whilst experience and knowledge of Health and Safety would be advantageous, full training will be provided.
A full UK driving license is desirable for this position.
We are looking for an individual who is motivated and enthusiastic about the nature of the work. The individual must have a good communication skills and must be able to carry out various duties with a variable work schedule.
All roles will require flexibility in terms of location and hours worked which could include early mornings, evenings.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for this post.
