Following a recent review of the Occupational Therapy services within Ceredigion County Council, a new service structure has been developed. Both Adult and Paediatric senior OT roles now fall under the same management structure within Ceredigion’s through age well-being model.
Bringing the Adults and Paediatric services together is a new endeavour. Therefore, there’ll be an expectation of flexibility in your approach and being passionate about service development. As the service matures, the team will become more integrated and the boundaries between adults/children’s services are likely to overlap as this exciting process progresses.
