Workways+ is part funded by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. To support the implementation of the Workways+ project working with the Short-Term Unemployed of Ceredigion.
Duties include engaging, encouraging, mentoring and challenging participants to improve their employability to find work either directly or following subsequent provision, and promoting Workways+ beneficiaries to employers in order to secure sustainable employment.
