This role will be primarily to support with the recruitment of foster carers and to promote the Fostering Services through the development and implementation of a recruitment strategy. You will be expected to work in the Through Age and Wellbeing Integrated Services Model to assist in planning, supporting, supervising and undertaking specific activities and other work with adults and their families.
Ideally you will have a qualification in marketing, public relations or personnel qualification or a commitment to undertaking any qualification relevant to this post as defined in the Social Care Wales Qualification Framework as well as experience within marketing, public relations or recruitment environment to include experience of recruitment/publicity events, conferences or campaigns. Experience within an organisation providing social care or promoting social welfare would also be favourable.
On occasions there will be a requirement to work evenings and weekends.
