We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Council’s Harbours Service. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate that they have the skills and experience to:

• Undertake the day-to-day management and supervision of the Seasonal Harbour Assistants
• Undertake and co-ordinate activities associated with the delivery of Ceredigion’s Harbours Service across the County
• Represent the Authority in relation to Harbour matters
• Work on their own or as part of a team to to deliver an exemplar Harbours Service in line with the Council’s Harbours Management Policy
• Motivate and inspire others to work towards achieving the Harbours Service and wider Council objectives
