We have an opportunity in Ceredigion to recruit into a Social Work Assistant post to work in the Planned Care Team with older adults, adults with physical disabilities and psychiatry of old age who require care and support under Part 3 and 4 of the Social Services and Well-being Act and with carers who require support.

We are seeking Individuals with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language, A successful applicant without the required Welsh language skills will be fully supported to reach the desired standard within 2 years of appointment.
