Shape the future of education workforce policy in Wales
The Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) is looking for a confident and experienced policy professional to help influence national education workforce priorities across Wales.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work at the heart of local government, supporting councils, shaping policy, and leading on key workforce issues including pay, terms and conditions, and social partnership.
