Newly Qualified Social Workers will commence on Grade 9 pay and job description before progressing to grade 10 after 2 years in post. Experienced social workers will commence at Grade 10 pay and job description. Both job descriptions can be viewed below.
This position qualifies for a market supplement payment of £200 per month. Please note this additional payment will be reviewed on 31 March 2025.
The successful candidate may be eligible to up to a maximum of £8,000 (including VAT) towards the cost of expenses incurred due of relocating to Ceredigion. Whilst working as one social care team we will also strengthen our relationship with other agencies such as Health and Education as well as 3rd sector organisations.
Within Extended Support Services there will also be the opportunity to develop specialisms such as working with adults or children with autism, learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
