We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead Hafan y Waun Residential Care Home in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion's largest residential care home, with 90 registered places.
Recent Care Inspectorate Wales inspections recognised Hafan y Waun as a well performing service, rating all areas as Good and highlighting the quality of care provided, the commitment of the workforce, and the positive experiences of residents and their families. Building on these strong foundations, we are looking for a leader who can further enhance the quality of care, strengthen partnership working and help establish Hafan y Waun as a sector leading residential care home.
This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership in Ceredigion’s largest residential care home. Working closely with colleagues across social care, health and the wider community, you will drive continuous improvement, develop innovative approaches to care, strengthen partnership working with the local health board and ensure outstanding outcomes for residents.

The advertised salary is inclusive of a market forces supplement of £4,000.
