We are looking for an Apprentice to join our busy ICT team mainly based at Canolfan Rheidol. You would be working alongside experienced colleagues providing a first line of IT support to Council employees using our in-house ticketing system.
This is a developing role and as such the responsibilities will grow with you. You will receive support from experienced colleagues and develop your skills to effectively:
The apprenticeship
Your apprenticeship will last for 21 months and on completion of the programme you will achieve a Level 3 Diploma - Digital Infrastructure Engineer. Training will be delivered through a combination of offsite workshops (this may involve occasional travel), online learning and training in the workplace.
