Ceredigion County Council is looking to appoint a motivated individual with qualifications and/or experience in the Asset or property management.
As the Assistant Assets Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and maintenance of the council's assets, including land and buildings. Your responsibilities will include assisting with property inspections, maintaining accurate asset records, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and providing administrative support to the Assets team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient and effective management of Ceredigion County Council's assets, and to develop your career in this sector.

You will need to be educated to degree level in a relevant subject area or possess relevant experience (at least 4 years’) of working in this field. Ideally, you will have a RICS qualification, or are working towards achieving RICS qualification.
