If you present an incorrect document, you may have to make more than one trip to the Customer Contact Centre.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please produce at least THREE identity documents which will confirm your NAME (and any change of name), DATE OF BIRTH and CURRENT ADDRESS. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&gt; Guidance on acceptable ID documentation is available <a href=\"https:\/\/ceri.ceredigion.gov.uk\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/DBS-List-of-Valid-Identity-Documents-Aug-25.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The types of documents needed depending on your circumstances are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>An applicant who wants to do <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">paid work<\/span> and isn\u2019t a national of the UK must be able to show:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ONE<\/strong> Primary Document, see below*<\/li>\n<li><strong>AND <u>TWO<\/u><\/strong> supporting documents from Group 1, 2a or 2b<\/li>\n<li>The document to confirm your current address needs to have been POSTED to that address within the last 3 months<\/li>\n<li>All documents must be in date and valid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>*If an applicant is unable to provide this documentation, they can\u2019t submit a DBS check. This is because the right to work in the UK can\u2019t be established.
