If you present an incorrect document, you may have to make more than one trip to the Customer Contact Centre.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please produce at least THREE identity documents which will confirm your NAME (and any change of name), DATE OF BIRTH and CURRENT ADDRESS.
