The corporate induction aims to support new employees during their first 6 months of employment with Ceredigion County Council.
The induction is divided into 4 time-bound sections and covers essential areas of your employment, your work and any learning and development needs:
There is also a section to review mandatory training required for all employees.
The corporate induction is available for employees to view and update via Ceri Self-Service. Managers can also view and update the plan at the three month and six month review using Ceri People Manager. As employees progress through the induction, tasks should be updated to record that they have been completed.
At the end of the induction the line manager will set objectives for the employee from the date of completion of the induction up until the commencement of the annual appraisal, on 1st April.
