How to view and add progress to objectives
This article provides guidance on viewing and adding progress to your objectives on the Ceri Self-Service system.
Note: You can view objectives and add progress to them throughout the year, i.e. outside the appraisal process
Viewing objectives
- Go to the Objectives and Appraisals page
- In the Objectives section, click on the relevant objective name
- The objective details will be shown
- Note: only managers can update the actual start and completion dates of the objective, as well as the objective rating
Adding objective progress details
You can add multiple objective progress to each objective. Objective progress can be added by employees and managers.
- In the Objectives section, click on blue progress button on the relevant objective
- Any existing progress items will be shown
- To add a new progress item click ‘Add objective progress details’
- Complete the required fields
- Click Save to add the progress
