Please produce at least THREE identity documents which will confirm your NAME (and any change of name), DATE OF BIRTH and CURRENT ADDRESS. The documents needed are:

An applicant who wants to do paid work and isn’t a national of the UK must be able to show:

  • ONE Primary Document, see below*
  • AND TWO supporting documents from Group 1, 2a or 2b
  • The document to confirm your current address needs to have been POSTED to that address within the last 3 months
  • All documents must be in date and valid.

If you are having any difficulty providing these documents, please get in touch with us on 01970 633949 or email: humanresources@ceredigion.gov.uk and we will be happy to provide further advice on what documents we need.
