Disciplinary Policy
It is recognised by the County Council that discipline is necessary for the efficient operation of the business and for the health and safety at work of all employees. In order to provide a fair and effective procedure for dealing with disciplinary matters, the procedure within this policy will apply, other than where an informal warning is given for some relatively minor act of misconduct.
