Mae&#8217;r cwrs hwn ar gyfer pob aelod o staff sy&#8217;n gweithio gydag oedolion sydd ag anghenion gofal a chymorth ac sydd \u00e2 dyletswydd i&#8217;w diogelu nhw.<\/p>\n<p>Mae pob ymarferwyr Gr\u0175p B yn cael cyswllt rheolaidd gydag plant ac aelodau&#8217;r cyhoedd yn eu rolau. Mae hyn yn cynnwys ymarferwyr sydd wedi neu heb gofrestru neu heb reoleiddio a gwirfoddolwyr. Ymarferwyr Gr\u0175p B yw&#8217;r rhai sy&#8217;n treulio amser gyda phobl mewn lleoliad gr\u0175p neu ar sail un i un. Bydd ganddynt gyfrifoldeb penodol mewn perthynas \u00e2&#8217;r bobl y maent yn gweithio gydag. Oherwydd eu gwaith uniongyrchol \u00e2 phobl, bydd angen lefel uwch o wybodaeth arnynt i gymharu \u00e2\u2019r rhai yng Ngr\u0175p A.
