Bydd ganddynt gyfrifoldeb penodol mewn perthynas \u00e2&#8217;r bobl y maent yn gweithio gydag. Oherwydd eu gwaith uniongyrchol \u00e2 phobl, bydd angen lefel uwch o wybodaeth arnynt i gymharu \u00e2\u2019r rhai yng Ngr\u0175p A.
