Aberystwyth University is offering an online short course this October titled A Toolkit for Supporting Someone with Dementia.<\/p>\n

Mae dementia yn effeithio ar lawer o deuluoedd ac ar \u00f4l y diagnosis cychwynnol, mae angen i deuluoedd newid eu cyfrifoldebau gofalu. Mae’r cwrs byr hwn yn ystyried y prif faterion y mae llawer o deuluoedd yn eu hwynebu gan gynnig cyngor ymarferol ac asesiad y gellir ei ddefnyddio gyda’ch anwylyd. Mae’r salwch hwn yn effeithio ar bobl yn wahanol a gall chwilio a dadansoddi gwybodaeth fod yn ddigalon.<\/p>\n

Mae’r cwrs yn cael ei gyflwyno trwy gyflwyniadau byr a gellir gweithio drwy\u2019r tasgau yn eich amser eich hun. Bydd dysgwyr yn cael eu harwain gan weithwyr proffesiynol cymwys ac yn clywed straeon y rhai sydd wedi bod drwy’r broses.<\/p>\n
