Bydd y sesiwn yn darparu gwybodaeth ar sut i gwblhau MARF, gan adeiladu dealltwriaeth o bwrpas MARF a mwy o ymwybyddiaeth o rannu gwybodaeth a gweithio cydweithredol aml-asiantaethol. Bydd y sesiwn yn cynnwys dolenni i&#8217;r Dogfen Gymorth Trothwy a Chymhwysedd CYSUR wedi&#8217;i diweddaru &#8220;Y Cymorth Iawn ar yr Amser Iawn&#8221; (The Right Help at the Right Time) a bydd yn ystyried them\u00e2u o ymarfer.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r sesiwn wedi&#8217;i anelu at rannu gwybodaeth mewn perthynas \u00e2 chwblhau MARF a bydd yn cynnwys rhywfaint o waith unigol a gr\u0175p i ganiatau i ymarferwyr archwilio them\u00e2u a datblygu eu dealltwriaeth, gan adeiladu hyder a chymhwysedd.<\/p>\n<p>Amcanion:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Datblygu dealltwriaeth a rennir o beth yw MARF a&#8217;r pwrpas a&#8217;r egwyddorion allweddol.<\/li>\n<li>Ystyriwch sut a phryd i gwblhau MARF, pa wybodaeth sydd ei hangen a beth sydd angen ei gofnodi a&#8217;r arfer gorau wrth wneud hyn.<\/li>\n<li>Meithrin dealltwriaeth o rolau a chyfrifoldeb a chysylltiadau \u00e2 Deddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru), Gweithdrefn Diogelu Cymru a Dogfen Trothwy CYSUR.
